Some of you may remember my song, 
"You Are Not Alone" that I wrote for the
breast cancer foundation called In The Pink.

Well, I'm amazed every day at how music can
touch us all and keep us connected. I was so
honored when I received a message from a
local college professor asking if she could use
my song as part of her presentation regarding
cancer.  So thank you to Danielle T. Gagner,
Clinical Coordinator, Assistant Professor
Graduate Program in Physician Assistant Studies
Mercy College, and congratulations on defeating
cancer! You are a champion like so many strong
survivors out there!
 
I would like to share the moving words that
Danielle wrote when she approached me about using
the song:
 
"I have to tell you that when I was first diagnosed
and went on the In the Pink Foundation website and
heard your song I cried. I was so moved by it. You really
hit the nail on the head.  Thank you for putting into
song what so many of us can't express in words. 
It truly is a beautiful song.
